A: The meeting will be held on Jul. 23-24, 2016at the Century City International Convention Centre in Chengdu. We welcome pressmembers a to attend the G20 High-Level Tax Symposium on the morning of Jul. 23, the “Family Photo of the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors” on the morning of Jul. 24 (press-photographers and videographers only), and the G20 Press Conference on the afternoon of Jul. 24.

答：请于7月21日-22日9:00至17:30前往世纪城洲际酒店一层大厅领取会议采访证。

A: Press members could collect the Press Passesat the Media Accreditation Desk located at the lobby of the Intercontinental Century City Chengdu Hotel from 9AM to 5:30PM on Jul. 21-22.

3．问：会议采访证能否由其他人代领？
答：参会记者可代领本单位同事采访证。其他人员代领的，需提供委托人有效证件复印件及代领委托函，并出示被委托人有效证件原件。
Q3: Could the Press Passes be collected by other person on behalf of the accredited press members?
A: Accredited press members could help their colleagues to collectthePress Passes, while other authorized person needs to provide the copy of the authorizer’ ID, authorization letter, and his or her originalID.
4．问：临时入境记者如何办理签证？
答：临时入境记者相关信息已提供给我驻外签证机关，请持相关证件按要求进行办理。

A: Invitation letters havebeen sent to the Chinese embassies in related countries. Please bringrelevant documents to the embassy for VISA application.
5．问：临时入境记者所携带采访器材如何办理通关手续？
答：为保障临时入境记者做好新闻报道工作，我们已向北京、天津、上海、广州、深圳、成都等六地海关出具保函，对记者所携带采访器材进行担保，建议通过上述海关入境。通过其他海关入境的，请按照《中国海关对外国记者随身携带采访器材通关指南》（http://www.customs.gov.cn/publish/portal0/tab8086/module77273/info209786.htm）进行办理。
Q5：How topass the Customs when press members wishing to carry their reporting equipments into China?
A: In order to facilitate the customs clearance procedures for the entry and exit of the reporting equipment carried by invited press members, reporting equipments have been guaranteed for press members who will enter and exit through Beijing Customs, Tianjin Customs, Shanghai Customs, Guangzhou Customs, Shenzhen Customs and Chengdu Customs. Press members who will enter and exit China through other Customs, please refer to the Guide to Customs Clearance of Reporting Equipment Carried by Foreign Journalists published on the website of GACC (http://english.customs.gov.cn/Statics/4e5a14de-6e25-4fc3-bd63-361c5d7a5479.html) for detail information.

Q7: Are there any interview rooms in the meeting venue, and how to apply for them?
A: Theinterview rooms(about 15m2each) will be set up on the 3rd floor of Century City International Convention Centre.Press members could fill in the Application Form for Interview Room (Attachment2), and send to g20gongxiang@126.com. Interview rooms will be arranged on a first come first serve basis, and you will be informed timely by email.
If you need to cancel the reservation, please inform us by email promptly so as to reallocate the interview roomto other applicants.
8．问：闭门会议期间，能否在场外采访会议代表？
答：为方便记者采访，我们在会场外设有采访区。已约定受访人的，可在采访区进行采访。
